JCAPS 6 - Unable to connect to server using Netbeans
Issue:
We have installed Jcaps 6 on one of our machines on the network. We would like to make it as the server so that all the developers can login into it remotely from a client machine and access, deploy and build the projects. All our projects are repository based. We did a complete installation on the server. The issue is that when we set a client machine *(after installing the netbeans only) it is able to login to the server the very first time. And when we try to connect it the second time its unable to connect. We tried to ping the server from the client (using the windows command prompt) at that time and it was successful.Have any one tried to a JCAPS6 server using a client machine. (basically using the Netbeans which has been provided in the Sun CAP Suite Installation). In netbeans we have changed the repository from localhost to . No Other changes apart from this have been made in the Netbeans IDE.

Resolutions:
Remove any proxy in IE/Firefox if present

Tip (Using JCAPS 6): As compared to jcaps5, edesigner shows all the projects that have been imported into that a particular repository once we connect the client to the server. But incase of JCAPS 6, its different - We need to explicitly open the project from CAPSRepositoryProjects folder (the folder which has the capsee1372.lock file) then the client machine would be able to view the project available on the server on his IDE (Netbeans)
